Equestrian Club Project

Equestrian Club Project

A fully integrated aquatic and recreational complex was successfully delivered, featuring a 1,500 m² leisure swimming pool seamlessly connected to a semi-Olympic pool, in addition to a classically designed luxury clubhouse. The project was executed in accordance with the highest standards of engineering quality, precision, and construction excellence.

Structural Engineering Challenges

The construction of the large-scale 1,500 m² swimming pool required highly controlled concrete casting stages, with carefully designed expansion and contraction joints to mitigate cracking risks caused by hydrostatic pressure and thermal variations.

Hydraulic & Water Treatment Systems

The system manages approximately 1,800 m³ of continuously circulating water through an advanced filtration network. A sophisticated inlet and outlet distribution system was engineered to eliminate stagnant zones and ensure uniform water quality. The integration of a semi-Olympic pool with a leisure pool of varying depths was achieved through a smart hydraulic balancing system ensuring stability, efficiency, and water purity across both zones.

Waterproofing & Finishing Works

A multi-layer waterproofing system was implemented and subjected to strict leakage testing prior to tiling works, ensuring full structural protection. High-performance façade materials resistant to moisture and salt exposure were used, complemented by extensive curtain wall glazing to achieve a seamless indoor-outdoor visual connection.

Logistical & Execution Challenges

Simultaneous execution of structural, architectural, landscaping, and MEP works required advanced coordination between multidisciplinary teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow and preserve finishing quality without interference between construction phases.

Project Outcome

The Equestrian Club stands as a landmark of engineering excellence, successfully translating complex design requirements into a fully realized built environment with exceptional precision and execution quality.
